The process
Step One: Foundation & Floor
Sunrooms can built by converting an existing covered space in your home, building off an existing deck, or expanding by adding a new slab, deck, or steel piles in the ground. With a firm foundation, the floor is created with our engineered deck panels, which are pre-insulated and moisture-protected.
Step Two: Frame & Materials
Every piece of your sunroom is unique to your project. So, we pre-cut every component in our factory to ensure a perfect assembly. Our patented system is load-bearing, has an R-value that exceeds that of most homes, and provides space for electrical wiring.
Step Three: Glass
Just like the frame, every window is tailor-made for your project and will slide right into place. We never use general-purpose windows or prefabbed solutions.
Step Four: Heating & Cooling
One of the biggest draws for an LS sunroom is the year-round usability. Depending on your home’s layout, additional HVAC components may not even be necessary. But if they are, our system has options ready for you.
Step Five: Finishing details
Your sunroom will be finished like any other part of your home, inside and out! Wood floors, decorative trim, even a fireplace. Your local dealer will work with you to design the space.
